● Powder/Liquid Dosing unit is a device used to accurately dose chemicals or additives into a fluid system.

● The dosing device accurately configures solutions of various solid and liquid chemicals through different process designs, and then uses metering pumps to accurately add them to meet various design requirements.

● The volume of the solution tank in the dosing device can be selected according to the amount of dosing. The materials are carbon steel (carbon steel lined with rubber) and stainless steel.

Product Description

Stainless Steel Mixing Tank is widely for manufacturing various liquid products such as liquid detergent, shampoo, hair conditioner, body shower etc. The mixer tank consists of 3 layers stainless steel. The heating method can be electric heating or steam heating, and the temperature can be set according to the different products formula. Bottom homogenizer can be optional. The top agitator designed with wall scraper mixer to enhance the mixing efficiency.
